Can't decide between oceanfront or having a pool? Don't worry you can have them both in this oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo 1st floor Surf Condo. You can relax at the beach or at the community swimming pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.
Enjoy ocean views from everywhere in this open living and dining space. The comfortably furnished living room offers amazing views from the large sliders that access the covered oceanfront porch. The efficient kitchen provides all the necessities for your stay, including dining table that seats 4 plus room for 4 more at the counter.

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Loved this unit! The porch sits on top of the dune and you get the full beach experience relaxing on the porch!The place was well furnished with everything you need; the kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans and anything else you need to cook in.While the unit was just what we wanted, the internet leaves something to be desired... maybe too many people overloading the wifi??? Our devices struggled to keep a signal.

The condo was beautiful, right on the dunes, the beach was only steps away. the pool is spacious and the entire property was very clean. We have already booked this unit for next year.

We had a beautiful ocean front view and our unit included a covered parking spot under the building. Interior furnishings were all good and as pictured online. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes - even some condiments and cleaning liquids.
A few things less than satisfactory:
1. While ocean front deck was awesome, deck furnishings were rusted (round table and 4 chairs), broken (plastic Adirondack chair) - but one large wooden rocking chair was great.
2. Kitchen dishes, flatware and cookware in the drawers and cabinets were not clean. There was hardened food or some kind of particles on everything we initially pulled out of the drawers, and the first few plates and mugs we started to use, so we just decided not to trust anything being ckean and washed everything we pulled out to use. Maybe the dishwasher is just not getting them clean, but they were put back in the cabinets and drawers like that. Might need to check that dishwasher.
3. Noise. I do not know if we had extremely heavy people upstairs or if there is just no space or insulation between their floor and our ceiling. And they were very active. They walked from one end of their unit to the other. Constantly. Literally. We are watching TV or working online, etc., and they walked from the deck area thru the living room towards kitchen and bathroom, back to living room and back around 5 to 6 times before settling somewhere. Then do it again. We heard them talking. We heard them in bed above us. Never heard them partying, and they usually were quiet by10 or 11 pm or so. They did not yell, or anything - we could hear them just talking. Even hear some of what they said. That's why I think it is a lack of insulation or something like that between the floor and ceiling.
Overall, we did enjoy our vacation. Thank you for making check in and check out so easy.
