No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No parties or events (elopements/proposals may be considered with approval).
A child may be allowed with prior approval—please note there are no child-specific amenities and the environment may not be ideal for young children.

Such a lovely spot—peaceful, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up. It’s clear Ruth and Rich put a lot of care into making it a great experience and the process was easy from start to finish. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would absolutely come again!

The property is very nice. There was no propane for the fire pit or BBQ. The hot tub had way too much chlorine, it burned our eyes. The telescope was upside down as well, my husband turned it around.
