The house had a beautiful expansive view of the Tetons which was wonderful to wake up to. It was in good proximity to Great Teton NP and with a beautiful drive through the Teton Pass. The house was very comfortable and clean and provided all we needed. We loved sitting in the huge front window at night talking about our day in the park. Very peaceful and serene setting!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful with everything that you could possibly need. The views are outstanding and the surroundings are breathtaking.My only suggestion is that internet service be improved (if possible). We had four people staying in the house and when everyone was on their device(s) the system bogged down quite a bit. We ended up using our cell phones as personal hotspots to get around it.

As beautiful as the view is (especially from the tall windows), River Rim had more than its share of problems. As one who often rents luxury homes, this home fell short in a number of ways. DirecTV was down during most of our week-long stay, and the hot tub didn't work until the last night (after repeated messages someone was "on their way"). Heads-up: bring toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and such - as there wasn't much available when we arrived. This would be good to know ahead of time - since the nearest grocery store is over a half hour away on a windy, snowy country road, and not open very late either. Probably the biggest problem is the lighting throughout the entire home. If you leave a room for a few minutes, you'll come back to a dark area thanks to some kind of crazy efficiency lighting grid. Even when all the lights are on, it's difficult to find which switch goes to which light, and the lighting choices seem odd - many dark patches exist (i.e. the towel closet in the hall, the game room area, the main upstairs dining area). I would prefer to roll the dice than stay here again.
