We have now stayed at Mockingbird point a couple of times and the premises is always spotless and as promised or exceeding any promises or expectations that we had or was stated in the listing. Being a fellow fisherman I got to know the owners pretty well this last time both by phone and text and I hardly recommend Mockingbird point to anybody looking for a property this size.

This was our second time visiting Phil & Linda’s beautiful home. We have had a super time chilling out and relaxing.Quiet neighbourhood, close to loads of shops and restaurants. We were there for the 4th of July celebrations, sombrero beach just down the road spectacular.House is clean and everything was perfect. Thank you so much for being our hosts we will be back again soon.

An amazing water front home in the heart of Marathon! Central to everything and loaded with all the amenities you could ask for…. The outdoor spaces here are truly special and the owners are hospitable and responsive. This is a 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Pool and surrounding patio was dirty firstda the pier is wonky so be careful walking on it.
