There were good and not-so-good aspects to this rental. The downstairs living area and bedroom were clean and overall comfortable but the upstairs loft rooms were problematic. The fans did not work well and were in need of cleaning. It was a challenge to sleep even in June. My son had spider bites and found three spiders in his bed. The kitchen was very nice, but there was only plastic cutlery to eat with and no kitchen knives. I had a bit of trouble hearing back from the host with questions right before the trip ( 2 msgs and one call before receiving an answer.) Also, be aware there are no towels (bath or kitchen )provided. While not listed, on the rare times I have rented a home without towels -this was clearly highlighted by the host
