PETS: All pet must be pre-approved by the owner. The HOA and insurance only allows certain breeds and weight limits. If these restrictions are not met, there will be a fine. Mandatory pet fee of $25 per pet, per night must be paid in advance. MAX two dogs.

You are actually on an island! You can walk around and see beautiful scenery and landscaping. Deer are all around grazing and you can feed them deer approved food, found at the boutique. There is also a Spa and Restaurant onsite as well! Paradise Awaits!
