Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner, 18th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! There are 4 elevators and parking is available. We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to worry about keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft, the unit is very spacious; newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is equipped with full-size appliances, wet bar, ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and Large Smart TVs in the master, 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The new livingroom furniture is all electric recliners. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, 2 Queens in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 12.
The family will love the incredible, zero entry outdoor pool with water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and tennis and pickle ball court on the 10th floor!

The condo was perfect for the eight of us. Enough room to be together as a family or you can disappear to your room, balcony, pool, or beach for alone time. Exceptionally clean and well-furnished. Great table and chairs for meals or game night. Bedrooms were cool and comfortable. Separate ice maker was huge bonus. Huge balcony with a great view of the beach. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect place to celebrate Father’s Day weekend. You could not ask for a better condo. Our trip was exceptional. We hope to return one day. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories.

Very clean condo and the check in/checkout procedure was very easy! We had a toddler and a five year old who loved also having the pool with a slide as an amenity. All the TVs were smart TVs which made things very easy. Overall great stay and would book with this owner again!

We had a family of 12 and it was perfect for us. The condo was super clean (and I’m VERY particular) and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you need plus more. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this condo to our friends.
