Coral Villa Stylish 2BR Apartment with Pool near Beach & Marina

The apartment is third floor walk up in a residential block; not a block of holiday apartments or resort style accommodation as you normally find on Booking.com . That said, it was very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. All is clean & well equipped. and it is a short walk (10 to 15 minutes) from most attractions and five minutes to the beach.

No photos were sent so it was a bit hard to find and the name given on Booking.com (Coral Villa) does not match the name of the property (which is ‘Port Villas’, leading to a lot of confusion for shuttle drop-offs and Tour pickups. Three flights of stairs with heavy luggage or any mobility issues could be tricky. The pool needs more regular cleaning.

Amazing place, we booked last minute so was fairly expensive but the value for money felt great. Apartment was spacious, good A/C unit and fans in all the rooms. Just a 10-15 minute walk from the main part of Port Douglas. Kitchen had basic seasonings, oil etc. which is rare to see in apartments now. Check-in/out was easy via a lockbox located right outside the door. Apartment had everything you could want, highly recommend this place.

Parking is very limited - 7 spaces for 13 apartments I think it was. But plenty of on-street parking so not an issue. One of the sofas in the living room also felt quite unstable, may be worth looking at before it breaks.

Der Pool war leider nicht sauber und konnte somit von uns nicht genutzt werden. Trotz Reklamation hat man sich nicht bemüht den Zustand zu ändern.
