Największym plusem była lokalizacja - łatwo zaparkować na bezpłatnym parkingu i dobra dostępność do komunikacji miejskiej. Dużo niezłych lokali gastronomicznych i sklepów w pobliżu.
Cena nieadekwatna do jakości. Widać, że mieszkanie jest już zużyte. W regulaminie zakaz palenia, a od wejścia śmierdzi papierochami. Niedomyta podłoga, niedomyte naczynia i sztućce, żelazko całe spalone, zużyta deska do prasowania. Kran kuchenny lata luzem. Urwany wieszak na ręczniki w łazience.Brak ręczników do rąk.
