Looks exactly like photos staff were all amazing and couldn’t do enough for us

The toilets/showers were a bit smelly at times

La casa era bellissima, grandissima e arredata con cura. Si affaccia su una piantagione di riso che crea una atmosfera rilassante e tranquilla. Quando i raggi del sole sorgono si crea una luce in casa meravigliosa!

Potrebbe essere tenuta e curata di più, nel senso che ad esempio la piscina aveva il rivestimento interno che si sgretolava, la casa in generale in 5 giorni non é stata tanto pulizia e sistemata. Gli asciugamani mai cambiati e un giorno ho dovuto far presente che nessuno era passato a pulire e sistemare!

The most beautiful light and airy villa, aircons in the bedrooms were wonderful. The rice field views were just gorgeous and made for the best relaxing moments in the pool. Super friendly staff. The location is quiet and peaceful. Absolutely stunning!

Did not have hot water for majority of the stay. Staff came in multiple times to villa for work on this, which was not effective. Sometimes difficulty getting information from staff. Flooding in upstairs bathroom. There was maintenance occurring at the next villa. A lot of personal items throughout villa. Also was a dead baby bird on the ground near the pool from the nest in the lights, looked like it had been there for a while, I had to remove it. Large sign at front of property to not use the Grab service, but don’t provide any transport numbers or alternative. We were offered free transport to the airport due to not having hot water throughout our stay, do not believe this was enough to make up for this basic service not being accessible.
