The location is strategic, 20 minutes walk to Malioboro, Titik Nol, Alun-alun Utara, Alun-alun Selatan, Masjid Gedhe Keraton, Keraton. The "Comfy Room" has 3 room on the second floor. The first floor is the housekeeper room, kitchen and bathroom for her, connected with "Rumah Indise". So you have to walk through the aisle inside the house then going upstair. The bed is big and proper with comfortable white linen. The room is very quite and calming so you can rest easily. There is 32 inch TV with Indonesian channel, water heater, bodywash, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Also you will get a bottle of water every 2 days. There is cabinet for your luggage and hang your clothes. They have one refridgerator for all guests in second floor, superfast Wi-Fi, and little space in the corner for Moslem's prayer with mukena, sarong, and prayer mat available. The housekeeper were very friendly, she even heating the water for me to cook "pop mie" because I was hungry while the rain is pouring outside I can't get a food.

The cleanliness is not 100%. I still found a bunch of long hair clogging the bathroom floor drain and a sachet of used shampoo at the top of bodywash holder. The air conditioning is leaked and sometimes noisy. Tiny sized room not much floor you see therefore you can't praying (sholat) inside the room. There is not much info for this comfy room in their social media as much as Rumah Indise or Rumah Kayu.
