The property is new and clean.
I think it was just a little smaller than what we thought however served us just fine for our week long ski trip.

Location, newly refurbished, very clever use of space. Well equipped. 2 toilets (always handy!)
We were a little concerned it would feel very cramped but even though the apartment it was quite small in terms of square footage, it has been very thoughtfully designed so with 2 adults and 3 young kids it was absolutely fine. Overall it exceeded our expectations
The main bedroom mattress is very hard. The heater in bedroom is also noisy (but simple to turn off over night which solved the issue)
Would imagine it would be a bit of a squeeze for more than 4 adults but no issue for us

The apartment is great ie so convenient and done to a very high spec. The apartment sleeps 6 people although on our trip there was only 3, so it was very comfortable.
Val Claret I really like have stopped in Tignes many times for skiing but this was by far my favourite.
Personally I have no downsides on this apartment, only question mark would be if 6 people stopping for a week, storage may be an issue but that was not the case for us.

De bedden zijn niet groot. 2 meter max. en voor mensen van 195 en groter… zijn ze dus eigenlijk te klein… en dat was bij onze groep 3 van de 5.
