Clean, and good space

We've not received the apartment that we booked. No picture should that is an upstairs location, i paint this especially for not having stairs as my husband has a surgery on the knees. Location is 1m from train wheels, is like train is passing your bedroom. in the flat no cooking machine only apartment small cooking plate ( by the way, I took some fries in 2h), no hood!!!! in fact all in the kitchen is in miniature, to make you spend at restaurants,. The sink is smaller than the plate. There is a comun kitchen downstairs but a nightmare for the one's upstairs to go up and down with your things to cook. However, in the comun kitchen there is not cooking machine, just a electrical cooking plate, imagine 4 apartments waiting to prepare lunch on this.
