Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is brand new and very clean and the private parking space is right outside. There are multiple apartments in the building but the sound isolation is perfect; even with other residents inside we couldn't hear them. The kitchen, bathroom and living area are all fully equipped, as well as wifi that worked very well throughout the apartment. The host was very welcoming, kind and communicative - even borrowed us some cooking supplies late at night :).
If you wish to go to the beach by foot it will take you about 15 minutes, but it is very easy to go by car as there is plenty of parking spaces at the beach.
