4BR house in trendy East Austin

We recently stayed at this spacious 4-bedroom house in East Austin and found it ideal for our group of five. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep for everyone. My wife particularly appreciated the full-sized ironing board, which was a thoughtful touch. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping us cool throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find milk, tea, coffee, water and some snacks available on arrival. There were also condiments in the cupboards, including salt, pepper, sugar and more, which made things very convenient. The bathrooms were well stocked with body-wash, shampoo, conditioner and lovely fluffy towels. Any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly by Luke, who was always helpful and responsive. The location is excellent—very close to local pubs and within easy reach of the Capitol, either by driverless taxi or a pleasant walk if you fancy stretching your legs. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this property to others visiting Austin. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Austin again.

Some drawers had bits in them either from previous tenants or had just been missed in the cleaning.

We really enjoyed Luke’s house while we explored Austin. The check-in and local guide was all good. Getting around Austin was easy from Luke’s house. We enjoyed the local food trucks and bars close to the house. We’ll be back!
