Nikol Seaview Luxury Apartments

We had an amazing stay! The welcome was lovely, the view was beautiful, and the apartment felt very cozy and like home. Everything was perfect, even the smallest details. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare frutta, marmellate e vino fatti in casa ed al check-out ci hanno regalato un limoncello sempre fatto in casa. Appartamento pulito, ben fornito e con una vista meravigliosa. Letti confortevoli e climatizzatore molto utile. In 5 minuti in macchina si raggiunge Dassia beach e a circa 10/15 minuti Ipsos. Vicino all'appartamento si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi supermarket e ristoranti. Super consigliatissimo!

Mancava uno straccio per asciugare piatti/bicchieri/ecc e delle tende per la finestra nella zona cucina (al mattino entrava molta luce e per chi non è abituato non è il massimo).

The stay was magnificent; the house is located 5 minutes from supermarkets and a restaurant, and just an 8-minute drive from Ipsos. The apartment is practically brand new, featuring air conditioning and TVs in every room, balconies, two bathrooms—in short, every comfort imaginable. The owners are truly wonderful people—extremely kind and ready to help resolve any issues; they have hearts of gold. Thanks again for the stay; there is also a private parking space

If you go without a car, remember the structure is at the top of a somewhat steep incline

The place was new, both in terms of the rooms and other amenities. For example, things like the dishwasher and washing machine were still packaged. It was equipped with everything we needed, including a drying rack and clothes pegs. The owner also provided us with breakfast items like fruit, honey, and jams, and left us each a bottle of local limoncello as a farewell gift. They're truly a good couple who care about their home and their island. They explain perfectly how to live well there, wherever you go and wherever you don't. Their advice is absolutely valuable.
