Lofoten Seafront Lodge, Lyngvær

Seafront lodge is ultra modern and stylish, exactly like its pictures but location even more beautiful than expected! It’s very private (other lodges are behind), overlooking the water. It was spacious, light, with plenty storage in corridor wardrobes, always at a comfortable temperature. Views all around are magical, ever changing as tide flows in/out. You can walk around the edge of the clear water and there are a few dip/swim pools when tide is in. The lodge was perfect for us, with welcoming communication from the owner and Nora. Loved little additions of games and flip flops. The hot tub was very clean and ready for use on arrival. It was our most expensive stay of the Lofoten islands, (an anniversary treat), but of course is a luxury stay, with a huge hot tub and complimentary ev charging. We even saw the dancing Aurora lights one night!

Leaving it!! A cliche, but even for day trips, it was hard to pull ourselves away from the wrap around views and the peaceful ambiance of nature 🫶

Das Haus ist ein Traum (zumindest für uns). Es ist Teil einer neu erschlossenden Ferienhausanlage, die in die Natur "hineingewummert" wurde. (Die Spuren sieht man noch. Hier sind die Norweger vielleicht etwas unkonventionell... ). Unser Haus Nr. 32 lag am Ende und hatte deshalb einen traumhaften Ausblick. Das Haus ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Jaccuzzi war aufgeheizt, so dass wir gleich reinhüpfen konnten. Das Haus hat ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Dann gibt es noch einen Raum, in dem außer einer weiteren Toilette ein Waschtrockner steht. Das Haus hat außerdem die Möglichkeit, ein E-Auto aufzuladen. Dies scheint im Preis mit inbegriffen zu sein, denn wir haben nichts bezahlt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein schönes großes Doppelbett was den Raum fast ausfüllt und eine Mega-Aussicht. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben Stockbetten: unten 1,20 m breit und oben 0,90 m (schätze ich). Für 2 Erwachsene ist 1,20 m zu schmal, weshalb einer oben schlafen musste.

Nicht gefallen wäre zu viel gesagt... ich würde es jetzt nur für die Nachwelt erwähnen: Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein gehalten. Es sind lediglich Betten darin, keine Schränke, um Sachen zu verstauen. Dafür gibt es im Flur Einbauschränke (die aber teils schon mit hauseigenen Dingen belegt sind). Wir haben deshalb zum Teil eine Woche aus dem Koffer gelebt.

An exceptional accommodation experience with breathtaking views. Highly recommended to everyone. I would love to come back again if I have the opportunity. The service was excellent, the hotel was spotless, and the room was warm and cozy. Thank you to the owner for your kindness and wonderful hospitality!
