Very conveniently located and accessible. Comfortable, good bedding, hot showers, every thing needed was available. Very clean, lots of towels/ everything well labelled, completely stocked kitchen. Interior was perfect. This is a great alternative to the casinos and hotels on the strip. The hot tub was wonderful.
There is a lot of road noise, and locals apparently were having target practice for several hours Saturday morning (not unusual in countryside, not an issue to be addressed by host, just an FYI). Lots of close neighbors. We would stay again for our purposes and I highly recommend as such, but I do not recommend if you are looking for a mountain "get away" as it is close to the highway and, again, not terribly private.

It was a warm and cozy little house
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the house or the property. The only thing was unpleasant was the drive way
