Mycket bra utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Österlen. Nära vandringsleder i vackra bokskogar och över kullarna (backarna) kring Brösarp. Moderniserad bostad, nytt kök och badrum. Charmig trädgård i lä med flera uteplatser för olika väder och tidpunkt på dagen. Bra med 4 sovrum.
Några kompletteringar som speglar i sovrum och hall skulle stärka värdet av de många sovrummen.
