Location, location, location! Unit is beachfront! They just rebuilt after extensive hurricane damage so its like a brand new place. Ample space in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pool was very clean and decent size for the property.
Some units had covered parking (this one does). Heavenly on a hot, sunny Florida days.
The area is still recovering from hurricane but there is still places to choose from for activities and food.
Grocery store is, literally, across the street. Walmart is about 20 minutes away.
Only one, very slow, elevator for the building. Not so big a pain when we were there because building wasn't nearly at capacity but I can imagine in high season you will need to bring your patience. Worth it though.
