Hotel Vijayant - By The Mount Heaven

Location is awesome. Stay was comfortable, hot water was available.

I liked most of the things.

It is actually on mall road no joke. The windows dont lie. And its near Atal Vihari Vajpai’s Statue Chowk. That make connectivity excellent even within Mall road.

The staff is ultra relaxed. Since everyone eats out anyways, they don’t bother themselves even asking for tea. Else they are well behaved and also helped me with my midnight checkin due to delayed flight.

The Location - it was right on the Mall Road, Of Couse the Main Entrance was on a gully with the Backside of the Hotel facing Mall Road. The Room was decent enough with a view of the Mall Road and all the activities happening on the Mall Road. Surrounded by all types of Hotels / Restaurants serving varied Cuisines. Very near to Old Manali Bus Station. Just Opposite is the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Corporation Office from where you can book all their Services.

No Elevator / Lift. Hot water was a problem. One had to wait hours for a bucket full of Hot water. No Restaurant in the Hotel. But Room Service is there, which takes more time as Tea / Coffee in the morning can be had only around 8.30 in the morning.
