- Staff was attentive, helpful, and polite - They let us do laundry spontaneously, which was very friendly - The lakeview from the room is quite nice, the view from the hotel lobby even better - We were gifted a box of local mushrooms when we left

- The walls and edges of the room look a bit discolored and/or cheaply constructed - In the bathroom there is no place to hang your towels, so we had to awkwardly place our towels next to the sink, which is both inconvenient and also not very hygienic - The shower is right next to the toilet (no wall between), so the toilet will always get wet when you shower - Sometimes the whole room stinks because the drains emit a nasty smell; naturally, we never dared to use the oversized bathtub in our room - The light switches on the right and left side of the bed control completely different light sources for some reason and some light switches don't do anything at all - The breakfast is okay, but not up to the standard of the price of this hotel
