Ocean Views Jetty Access & Family Fun

The house is absolutely beautiful and clean! The floor plan and layout were perfect. The location is ideal since it’s just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood was nice , quiet, and safe :) We will definitely book this house again in the future!

The water from the faucet was yellow. I would definitely suggest getting a water filtering system.

Good location, newer home that is huge and good value for the size. Air conditioner and appliances are great.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this house and the cleanliness was great the first time but went down in the 2nd and 3rd stay. Not “dirty” just half-a**ed attempt at cleaning. Dishes were obviously put up wet, comforters on beds smelled like different lotions or perfumes so they obviously weren’t washed or changed between guests. Whoever is doing the cleaning is doing a rushed and half hearted job. Also the combo to the key lock box had not changed between 2nd and 3rd stay. I’m 99% sure I could open that lock box with the same combo right now.

Exceptionally clean. Newer home with great air conditioning, nice appliances, wonderful layout (a private bathroom for every bedroom), and washer/dryer in the home. About 3 blocks from the beach an easy walk. Surfside is an amazing place, very family friendly beach destination.

Was not able to watch Netflix or Disney+ on the Roku TVs. Was able to log in but neither streaming service would play. It was either an issue with the internet provider blocking those streaming services or the Roku account on all TVs (the property owner/managers) not allowing guest mode. Internet worked on our phones/laptop and could stream the Roku Channel that did not require a login but could not stream our own services.

Location is great, price is good value. This place is fantastic (web booked it 3-4 times) but the cleaning issues the last two stays mean we probably won’t book it again.

This is the second time we’ve been to this property this year and both times the cleanliness was poor. This time there were long hairs on the towels and in the unit the plastic dishes look like they were put up wet. The ceramic dishes looked like they had been wiped off, not washed. The blankets on the beds smelled like coconut lotion not the laundry soap in the unit so I know they weren’t washed. And the sheets had spots on them like blood stains. Oh and there was a pair of children’s spider man underwear on the back of the couch.
