Private villa in the historic center

Tres propre, très bon rapport qualité prix, super bien placé (en face de l’université USAMV), supermarché et arrêt de bus juste à côté

Une salle de bain pour 10 (avec un verrou qui ne marche pas), la cuisine n’est pas très bien équipée

the advert on booking sound amazing and the rooms looked spacious like a really nice house online but in reality are only 3 bedrooms and 2 sofas in living room not suitable for sleeping.

We booked it as a whole family (6 adukts+3children)but we didnt like the fact that the house was on a busy street unable to park outside, extremely noisy street all day and night being unable to sleep through the night, the heating in the house went 24/7 and we couldnt reset it or turn it down, the kitchen was invaded with black ants all over the counter and floor , even on the dining table, the kitchen utensils were grimmy and dirty unable to use them ending up using carboard single use plates and forks, all the door for the toilet and bathroom were not closing fully always leaving it open, the room upstais on the right side had a bed near window which we couldnt close it in the night because it is broken. The whole house needs a good clean , pest control measures to remove the ants infestation and refurbisment of the walls, doors, carpets(loose lino upstairs) and soundproof for all the windows to reduce the street noises. This house is perfect for an office or day time meeting place but dont recommend it for families or over night stays.
