Ubicación junto a la playa, funcionalidad plena del apartamento para cocinar (un poco) privacidad por la altura del piso, vistas al mar espectaculares y todo facilidades del los dueños para arreglar incidencias.
El apartamento estaba, en general, limpio. Podría mejorarse limpiando con más detalle el polvo del suelo y de la ropa de cama, pero son detalles en comparación con el resto de virtudes del apartamento.
