I am very satisfied with the service provided by one of your staff members, Tiffany. She made my check-in process smooth and hassle-free, and she gave me one of the best rooms. Tiffany truly deserves a generous bonus for her outstanding service. Her treatment of guests is exceptional. I will definitely come back again.

1. location is fantastic especially the sea facing apartments.
2. very closeby to hom thom cable car station.
3. The apartment was clean and hygienic
4. the coordinator was readily available for any query and very cooperative (her name was See)
1. Daily cleaning was not done.
2. The promised apartment was not given on first day. They gave on 2nd day citing some maintenance issue.
3. Meals were to be arranged by self.
4. Only 4 small bottles of water was provided per day in between 4 family members which is too difficult.

Great view to the bay/show/fireworks
1. The host requested to have Booking cancelled and money paid in cash directly. In case you don’t follow, the booking would be cancelled from her side
2. WiFi not working several hours after check-in. Replacement WiFi communicated by host is not working as well (connection OK, but no internet connection- like it was not paid for)
3. No housekeeping at all - despite promised
4. Overpriced
