Die Lage war sehr gut sowie das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit
Leider hatte es keine Klimaanlage und war zeitgemäß nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Da wir im Winter dort waren, waren die Zimmer entsprechend sehr kalt

Very good staff especially Ravindra who arranged for practically everything. Food was very good.
Heaters provided were not able to warm the room and hot water was always a trickle.

It’s at a walkable distance from restaurants and shops
Cleanliness was bad. Maintenance was bad. Hospitality was bad.
Blankets and bathrooms were smelly and not cleaned throughly. Door mat outside bathroom was dirty too. The hotel staff did not provide water bottles, tea/coffee sachets. It was in some rooms and they missed it in other rooms.
Staff were physically fighting, 6-10 men aggressively fighting and breaking cups, flower pots and scaring guests. Fights broke out more than once. Very bad behavior. Manager/person in charge was just watching all this. They never apologized to guests for the inconvenience.
