great staff and meals. quiet and comfortable rooms

the cleaners were a bit noisy at 5.00am

Modern facilities and great location.

Shared facilities make it difficult for staff to continually monitor cleanliness at all times.

very clean, comfortable - art deco hotel. Well presented. conveniently located above the best pub in town where i was having a work dinner. I booked the queen room with ensuite and a balcony (which i didn't use because i don't smoke and it was too cold!) - very nice additions. I've previously booked the cheaper rate room with a shared bathroom - the shared bathrooms are very clean and fully contained - excellent value for money compared to other motels in town. location is 10/10.

the air conditioning in my room wasn't working so i was a bit cold - there were no extra blankets and the bedding was not quite warm enough. but other than that - excellent.

External bathrooms were excellent condition Wasn't too busy for a Saturday night

No TV in room No staff told me about the common room Staff having party from after 10pm to 1am swearing and being loud and obnoxious on the outside verandah not far from my room No. 4. Pin code for room and toilet was painful. I am not surprised guests are caught trying to access rooms and bathroom forgetting their pin number.
