The property seems to have been renovated very recently. The room was clean and comfortable; nice closets and kitchenette. Neighbourhood seems safe and there are several panificadoras nearby where you can get coffee and breakfast affordably.
No toiletries offered except for bar soap. There's a coffee machine in the room but it's useless since no coffee (not even instant coffee or tea!) is offered. There's also an airfrier in the room, which seems to be overkill (another useless appliance)... It would be nice if there were curtains on the window; in their absence, you'll wake up with the first light. And the particular room I was in (Kiko) has a light well that carries the voice of everyone talking (loud and in the early morning!!!) in the patio / garage downstairs.
