Położenie jest nie do końca zgodne z tym co pokazują zdjęcia i oznaczenie na booking. Dużo dodatkowych spraw regulacyjnych - typu wyślij kartę itp. Brak informacji o dodatkowych pobraniach kaucji w cenie. Pobierają z konta bez pytania wiecej niż booking pożałuje.

It really exceeded my expectations. I was a bit reluctant because of a few negative comments I read. The location is great, you're so close to everything and it's a very safe LA area. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. Both bathrooms were spotless and clean. The kitchen and living room were large and beautifully decorated. What I loved most was the complimentary snacks and the access to their amazing gym area. Our experience with the staff was solely via email and phone calls, but everyone was polit and attentive. All our issues and questions were answered immediately. Even the deposit was returned within a week, but I also contacted the property to check and they reverted within an hour. I honestly don't have one negative thing to say. Loved it. Thank you!!

The check in process took some time as you have to go grab the keys from a location. But they help you with that and send you some videos so there should be no issue.

Quartos, banheiros e salas amplos. Excelente.

Good parking and location

Access arrangements were poor. Holding onto a deposit of $250 from date of booking to over two weeks after checking out of the property (4 months) would deter me from making a re-booking
