It really exceeded my expectations. I was a bit reluctant because of a few negative comments I read. The location is great, you're so close to everything and it's a very safe LA area. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. Both bathrooms were spotless and clean. The kitchen and living room were large and beautifully decorated. What I loved most was the complimentary snacks and the access to their amazing gym area. Our experience with the staff was solely via email and phone calls, but everyone was polit and attentive. All our issues and questions were answered immediately. Even the deposit was returned within a week, but I also contacted the property to check and they reverted within an hour. I honestly don't have one negative thing to say. Loved it. Thank you!!
The check in process took some time as you have to go grab the keys from a location. But they help you with that and send you some videos so there should be no issue.

Trop bizarre pour obtenir une clés
On se sent piégés à suivre des vidéos incompréhensibles pour récupérer une clé
La caution est prélevée sans être prévenu dès la réservation et j’attends toujours le remboursement plus de 2 semaines après
À refaire je ne louerai pas cet établissement
