Cozy one-bedroom apartment

The apartment is located on the road to Sestriere, but it is quiet, with private parking, and is well furnished on the second floor (no elevator). The apartment with two balconies is spotlessly clean and equipped with all amenities. The kitchen is combined with the living room, which has a TV, it is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, while the bathroom has a shower, bidet and the bedroom has comfortable and spacious closets. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, jam, honey, biscuits, pasta, spices, oil, etc., the fridge had water - both sparkling and still, iced tea and milk, everything you need was provided. The owner Massimo was very kind and helpful, he really cares about the well-being of his guests. He gave us clear check-in and check-out instructions. Fenestrelle and the picturesque villages of Usseaux are only a 15-20 minute drive from the apartment, a little further you can go to Sestriere. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Ottima accoglienza attenta e familiare Massimo molto disponibile e discreto. Casa curata nei dettagli e pulitissima. Viaggiamo spesso ed è la prima volta che troviamo una cura dei dettagli così attenta ( addirittura set cucito e pulisciscarpa..... mai trovato) Tutto il necessario per un primo pasto e tutto per la colazione ( compreso 1 l di latte). Un applauso alla moglie di Massimo che cura ogni dettaglio. Torneremo sicuramente!!!!! A presto Elena

Piacevole esperienza

La casa è ubicata in posizione strategica per chi vuole esplorare le bellezze paesaggistiche, storiche e culturali della Val Chisone. In condominio piccolo, discreto e tranquillo, con parcheggio privato, la casa situata al secondo piano senza ascensore si presenta benissimo. L'alloggio con due balconi è pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Cucina living con TV, in ordine e completa di ogni necessario, bagno con doccia e camera da letto con armadi a disposizione di giusta dimensione. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile e molto chiaro nelle istruzioni di check in e check out.

Relax in Val Chisone

il titolare Massimo si è dimostrato molto disponile a venire incontro anche alle ns esigenze, è una persona cordiale e informata sulla zona . Il posto è sulla strada del Sestriere ma tranquillo, con parcheggio riservato, ristorante di fronte, in 15/20 minuti si raggiungono Fenestrelle e le particolarissime borgate di Usseaux, poi Sestriere, Pragelato, pian dell' Alpe, il bel rifugio Lago delle Rane..il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e abbiamo gradito molto anche la colazione offerta con caffè, latte, numerosi prodotti dolciari confezionati. Molto pulito e ben organizzato. La biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina è praticamente nuova, l' angolo cottura attrezzatissimo di stoviglie e utensili vari Consigliatissimo...

Solo il divano letto che ha materasso poco comodo

Одно из самых лучших размещений! Спасибо также внимательному хозяину Массимо. Здесь было все хорошо - удобная остановка в пути, расположение, лёгкость и комфорт. Хозяин подумал обо всем - мягкие полотенца, гигиенические принадлежности, посуда и кофе. Хорошие кровати, мягкие полотенца, обстановка как дома. Чудесный вид из окна и мечта для прогулок, живописный пейзаж. Хорошее расположение - ресторан и кафе поблизости. Собственная парковка. Я бы даже остановилась тут на несколько дней - очень хорошие места для тех, кто любит пешие прогулки. Мне впервые хочется поставить 13 баллов из 10. Я уже порекомендовала это место знакомым) А также хозяин общается не только на итальянском, и английском, он может понять и русский с французским)

Viaggio di svago in occasione di un concerto.

Locale molto ben arredato pulitissimo. A differenza di altri posti in cui siamo stati ospiti il sig. Massimo ha lasciato a disposizione di tutto per colazione,caffè e bevande. Parcheggio interno riservato. E nonostante sia in un piccolo condominio.. molto silenzioso. Assolutamente consigliato!
