Box for key handover and easy communication with the host. Private parking place. Great location - close to Conad grocery store. We can also recommend Bagno Sole beach (affordable prices for sunbeds & umbrellas) and Osteria al Timone (mainly chosen by locals). They are both 10 mins walk from the appartment. We can really recommend.
Some enhancement recommendations: toilet brush, trash bin also in the bathroom, wi-fi access, water kettle. But these are minor things, our entire stay was 10/10.

Quello che cerco al mare: comfort semplice, pulizia impeccabile e posizione comoda, a due passi dal mare. Il giardinetto perfetto per mangiare all’aperto. Tutti i servizi a pochi passi, zero sbattimenti. Proprietario della struttura disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Bravo. Consiglio, a presto!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento al mare! La struttura era pulita e ben curata. La posizione era perfetta a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dai servizi. Altro punto a favore il posto auto privato, comodissimo e sicuro!
