Tunnel to the beach literally next to the accommodation, private parking. Easy no-contact keycard transfer. Great balcony with a nice view and a comfy swinging chair. Kitchen had everything you'd need for a multiday stay, including a spacious fridge and a freezer. A washing machine and a clothes horse is also available. Two bathrooms with nice showers. All windows have openable bugscreens to keep all critters outside.
The smaller room was missing AC and would get quite hot, but could be managed with the door open and the other two ACs running.
