Nette Kommunikation mit Vermieter vor u während des Aufenthaltes. Optimale Lage . Stabiles WLAN . Die Küche ist rel klein im Eingangsbereich- aber praktisch ausgestattet. Das Ambiente ist modern - rel neuwertig. Bequemes grosses Bett mit guten liegekomfort. Es gibt einen windgeschützten Balkon der morgens bis nachmittags Sonne hat .zum entladen des Gepäcks sind 2 Parkplätze vor dem Haus markiert - danach parken sie am günstigsten am Park zuid-etwa 15 min zu Fuss oder für 15 Euro/ Tag auf dem grossen öffentlichen Parkplatz hinter dem Supermarkt Dirk
Die steile Treppe ist für Menschen mit Behinderung herausfordernd- auch das Tragen von sperrigen Gepäck Dumpfe Geräusche - auch das Gehen - werden aus anderen Etagen deutlich übertragen- wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist sollte das bedenken
