Easy Access accomodation

The space was really good and central location to what we needed.

Less linen, not enough towels for everyone and not enough blankets for the beds

Location. Was responsive during the stay.

Wasnt as responsive prior to our stay, we wanted to reconfirm check in time. Needed more towels, only had 1each for the whole 3days. Perhaps a warmer blanket, or provided an extra blanket. It was a cold weather when we stayed. Upon booking, we spoke about an earlier check in time of perhaps 12pm - said it was okay if no previous bookings checking out. Didn't get to check in until 3pm. Upon booking, we also asked about check out time and was told 3pm would be okay. But then luckily we checked the night before and was then advised of 10am check out time. Only 2 keys were provided for the front of house, the inside door to Garage was a key lock from inside, so there was a bit of a mishap, when it was accidentally locked from the outside. Therefore, caused a bit of a lock out access to the garage itself - which had our car stored away overnight. However, they responded and acted quickly. Thank you
