I often travel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for work, and Discovery Gardens is my go-to area—it’s closer than Downtown, quieter, and more affordable. This studio apartment in Street 1, Building 20, near the entrance of Discovery Gardens, is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in. - The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The assistant team was responsive through Booking.com and provided all the details I needed in advance. - The apartment itself is impressively spacious for a studio and has a smart, newly renovated layout. It features a large private balcony with a view of the main street. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV (with Netflix and international channels), strong AC, and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. - The building is quiet, secure, and great for working or relaxing in peace. Location-wise, it’s just a 10-minute walk (1 km) to both Ibn Battuta Mall and the nearest metro station, and there’s a nearby bus stop with routes to Abu Dhabi. Dubai Marina is also close and easy to reach via metro or Uber. - If you're driving, free parking is available near the building—much more convenient than Downtown or Marina. - Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and even a gym and pharmacy within the building itself. This apartment is ideal for solo travelers, couples, small families, or digital nomads looking for a peaceful yet central base in Dubai. It’s also a perfect and cheaper option if you're planning a longer stay of a week or more. Highly recommended!
