Cute apartment in the heart of Jerez with private parking and dogs allowed. There was a dog park 10min away so that was a good bonus. The neighbors were also really friendly so another bonus. All the monuments are in walking distance and you have a street with restaurants close by. All and all we were really happy with the apartment and our two dogs enjoyed it also.

There is a bottle that you need to empty from time to time from the AC not a major problem but would be nice not to care about it.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles vorhanden.

Das Bett war viel zu schmal und zu kurz. Die Wohnung hatte keine 74qm, wie angegeben, es sei denn, man nimmt den Besenschrank dazu. Die Wände waren so dünn, das man im Wohnraum die Badaktivitäten des Nachbarn deutlich hörte. Es wurde vorher als Raucherzimmer genutzt. Fenster gingen nur zum Innenhof, wo jeder Nachbar vorbei lief und direkt in alle Zimmer schauen konnte und man keineFenster öffnen konnte.Der Nachbarhund jaulte nachts so laut, das an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Der Toilettendeckel war abgebrochen und nur aufgelegt, die Duschumrandung war voller Schimmel und das Wasser nach dem Duschen lief daran vorbei und flutete das Bad.
