O apartamento bem limpinho, espaçoso e muito bem localizado.
Apesar do apartamento ser bem limpo, o prédio tem um cheiro ruim. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro elétrico, não funciona nos 2 banheiros ao mesmo tempo, acaba atrasando na hora de todo mundo se organizar, mas o proprietário ficou de consertar.
