Excellent séjour. Le propriétaire est très agréable et extrêmement réactif. Un grand merci également à Abdallah pour son accueil chaleureux et professionnel à la résidence.

Il faut juste réparer le robinet de la cuisine qui n'est pas fixé

- kind, helpful and polite host - excellent communication and rapid response from the host - great modern air-conditioning (would be nice to have a fan in the bedroom though as the air-con is only in the living room area) - nice modern washing machine

- there was quite an issue with cleanliness, dirty shower area, dirty toilet, some dirty utensils, bedsheet full of stains, overall the place should have been much cleaner as it did not make a good initial impression - a good few things were broken or did not work properly (toilet seat, shower sewage - water drainage etc., broken sink battery in the kitchen...) - overall, the place could much nice but needs at least a modest renovation and upgrade (especially the bathroom area and shower, squeaky bed with old spring mattress, the kitchen sink area...) - the location is a bit far from the center and bus stops so get ready for a lot of walking or paying for taxi etc.

Abdellatif ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Obwohl er selbst nicht vor Ort war, hat er uns über sehr kurzfristigen Nachrichtenaustausch stets seine Unterstützung angeboten und wo erforderlich auch gegeben.

In der Nachbarschaft war bis weit nach Mitternacht sehr laut, was gerade im Zimmer, welches zum Innenhof hinausgeht, die Nachtruhe gestört hat.

Me ha encantado el alojamiento y la amabilidad del dueño. Ha sido muy comprensible con nosotras. Siempre que hemos necesitado algo, ha estado ahí para ayudarnos y facilitarnos todo. Muy recomendable.
