It’s new and spacious.
The property could easily be an 8 if… Curtains at front door Better curtains in bedroom Trashcan in shower and toilet The light in hallway is really annoying, its to bright and lights up the whole apartment when going for example to toilet at night. It has a nice kitchen but standard facilities like spices, oil etc and scissors, kitchenpaper are missing. That makes cooking more dificult. No place to hang towels in bathroom Only very bright led’s in the appartment.
