C'est un appartement dans une résidence des années 70, avec possibilité de se garer en bas de la résidence. La terrasse est très agréable et fait tout le charme de l'appartement. L'appartement est bien équipé, une belle télé, plaque induction, four micro-ondes. Il est idéalement placé près du port de Gruissan. L'immeuble était calme, mais nous étions encore en basse saison.
L'escalier entre les deux niveaux est un peu raide et étroit. et la batterie de cuisine pourrait être un peu plus complète. Il est assez perturbant de ne pas avoir rencontré les propriétaires et que cela rend la location un peu impersonnelle.

Les coupures d’eau Le ménage approximatif 😠 L’attitude du propriétaire face aux problèmes de coupures d’eau répétées, ne nous a jamais rappelées ( manque de respect, celui-ci considère que ce n’est pas sa faute , certes , mais il devait se renseigner, et aucun retour !
