The apartment was very nice, spacious, comfortable and well located.
The check-in process was very difficult. The owner did not show-up to greet us and took a long time to provide us with the instruction to gain access to the property. It would have been nice to have received prior to our arrival a bit more information on how the check-in would be done and a quicker response from the owner would have been appreciated (note: the issue with the delivery speed of messages through the Booking.com app may be related to the speed of response).
