Einrichtung, stylisch und schön abgestimmt. Schöner Wohnungsschnitt und Terrasse zum Entspannen.
Leicht verstiebt, z. B. Heizkörper im Bad und schwarze Couchgarnitur auf der Terrasse mit einigen Tierhaaren übersät. Couch im Wohnzimmer etwas klein, zwei große Personen können schwer darauf entspannen. Maximal wenn man sie auszieht.

Parkplatz vor Ort und die Betten sehr bequem. Sehr zentral gelegen nicht weit bis zum Bahnhof und bis zur Innenstadt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe.
Die viel befahrene Straße sehr Laut, man muss die Fenster immer geschlossen halten. Die Dreifachverglasung hat kein Lärm durch gelassen.
