Elite hotel

The rooms are amazing: very clean and very nice. The reception staff were extremely kind and apologetic about the booking mix-up. They gave us a nice flat in the hotel for the first night, then moved us into our booked rooms for the second night. I would come back again.

The hotel rented our rooms to other guests because they missed our booking, so we spent the first night in a flat instead. The flat is part of the hotel, and it was nice, but I feel I missed out on the amazing rooms that night. The staff handled it very well.

Nice location-Polite staff-Clean rooms.
