Elite hotel

The hotel is super easy to find since it’s right on a main street (no getting lost with Google Maps 😄). It’s surrounded by everything you might need—shops, services, and main transportation, which made life very easy. The place itself feels brand new, and you can tell! The rooms are very spacious, super comfortable, and everything inside is new. Even the smell of the room was fresh and pleasant (which is always a win!). Cleanliness was excellent 👌 The staff were active, polite, helpful, and available 24/7, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.

Since the hotel is still new, the restaurant isn’t operating yet—but no worries, delivery works perfectly fine 👍 Some services are still not available, which is understandable but worth mentioning. The internet in the rooms is actually very good, but unfortunately it doesn’t work properly with the smart TV—so Netflix, Amazon, etc. didn’t work. Also, considering that some services are not fully running yet, I feel the price is just a bit high. If it were about $8–$10 cheaper, it would be absolutely perfect. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great potential once everything is fully up and running! 😊

Large room and modern wonderfull for this price you feel like it is new

At night it get hot of course there is air condition but we were in winter cold even I needed to turn on AC very weird

تعامل الموظف أو هو صاحب الفندق الله أعلم بعد الحجز اتصل بي يخبرني هل حجزكم شخصين قلت نعم قال زوجين قلت نعم قال لو سمحت أرسل لي قسيمة الزواج ⁉️ بصراحة تعجبت منه ومع ذلك ذكرت له يا سيدي لو كان أحد الأفراد مصري كان تبشر لكن نحن لسنا بمصريين وعقد النكاح عندنا هذه من الأمور الخاصة اللي ما راح أرسلها لك ممكن أرسل لك حجز الطيران عند وصولنا بتشوف الجوازات وممكن كرت العائلة وإن كان هذا أمر عجيب جداً والله ما قد حصل معايا أبداً في مصر قال لا لابد قسيمة الزواج بعتذر منك قلت مع السلامة وألغيت الحجز ..
