Ottima posizione, fresca senza necessità di aria condizionata (abbiamo preso la stanza di giù). Prezzo convenientissimo con colazione inclusa. E il sig. Gianvito è venuto la mattina a portarci cornetti freschi e torta rustica col capocollo. Nell'appartamentino c'è il necessario per caffè e anche per cucinare. In frigo abbiamo trovato frutta fresca e acqua. Insomma. Tanti dettagli ottimi. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio gratuito nella piazza della chiesa di S. Francesco, a due passi.

Alojamiento muy agradable, decorado con muy buen gusto en el centro de Martina Franca. Los anfitriones muy amables nos dejaron todo lo necesario para el desayuno, incluso naranjas para hacernos zumo

Soggiorno fantastico! I proprietari sono stati incredibilmente disponibili e accoglienti fin da subito: nonostante il nostro arrivo fosse previsto per le 18:00, non hanno avuto alcun problema ad anticipare il check-in alle 15:30. L’accoglienza è stata davvero ottima. Eravamo due adulti e un bambino e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento perfetto per noi. È piccolo ma curatissimo nei minimi dettagli. La camera ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e nella zona giorno ci sono un tavolino e un divano letto. Nota di merito per la temperatura: la casa era freschissima anche senza bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata! La struttura è super attrezzata: Il Bagno Dotato di ogni comfort, completo di tutti i sanitari, saponi e asciugamani. La Cucina Piccola ma funzionale, con piano a induzione, pentole, piatti, posate e un frigo con congelatore. Al nostro arrivo c'era già tutto il necessario per i condimenti (sale, pepe, zucchero, olio e aceto). La colazione (una vera meraviglia). Oltre a farci trovare già in casa l'occorrente (latte, burro, acqua naturale e frizzante, moka con caffè macinato, marmellata, Nutella e fette biscottate), la vera chicca è stata la colazione servita alle 09:00. Ci hanno portato capocollo e burratine di Martina Franca, pane di patate e ben 3 cornetti caldi. Un'attenzione davvero non scontata che ci ha fatti sentire coccolati. Infine, la posizione è ottimale, proprio nel pieno del centro storico di Martina Franca. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto in un parcheggio pubblico gratuito a pochissimi passi dall'appartamento. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura, ci torneremo sicuramente!

The owner met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for us to cook as we had some specialized dietary needs. The basics were all there salt, pepper, oil, jams, milk and bottled water etc.. which was amazing. Morning bakery treats were a lovely surprise. So much character in this charming apartment. Heater worked well to temper the dampness. The bed was very comfortable. Adequate electrical points. Hosts were happy to respond to special requests (we asked for an iron.) They were very responsive with any questions we had. Right in the old town so an easy walk to explore and then take some rests and go back out. A small grocery just up the way as well with buns, cheeses and sliced deli meats and of course wine. There is free parking nearby but the roads to get there can be very busy at certain times. We chose to use the paid parking that was underground, and less stressful for us anyway) to access because we ventured out of the town each day. It was underground and felt very safe ( $10 euro per day max.) lots of spaces. It was a great location to see many of the other towns in the area. We found veggie shops and bakeries a few streets from the apartment. A laundry is nearby as well.

It is a great space for a couple for a day or two. For our 5 days and the amount we cooked, it was a bit tight quarters. Some additional counter spaces in the bathroom and kitchen would be good for the amount that we were in the apartment. But we also understand that space is limited in this apartment. If you aren't cooking in the space it probably isn't an issue. The bathroom door is like a barn door and a slit was always open. Didn't bother us as a married couple but if you want more privacy in the bathroom it might be an issue. The apartment is down a few steps and has the dampness and feel of a basement ( ie no bright windows in the apartment). but once we turned on the heat it managed the dampness. The building is from the 1800's so they have done a great job to keep the character and feel but still add comfort.
