Well positioned in Politeana piazza. Airport bus drops you at the piazza and it is then a short 5 minute walk the apartment. Easy walking to the old town and shopping precinct. The apartment has all that is needed. Local restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy very close by. Gabriele our host provided great details for accessing the apartment and was very helpful with enquiries.

As you are facing the piazza it can be a little noisy late into the evening. Wasn’t a bother for us though.

The only thing was that in the bedroom balcony door are not sealed well so if it is noisy outside it can be hard for little child to sleep in there. But, since there are two more beds in living room and holeway, ypu can use them if needed.

ロケーションが抜群に良かった。 いわゆる観光地からは多少距離があるが、バス停からも近いので問題なし。 空港へのリムジンバスの停留所も近いので便利です。 あとは、ちょっとしたオフィスビルのような建物なので、セキュリティ面で安心感があった。

バルコニー面の窓が薄く、外の音がほぼ丸聞こえな点。 耳栓は必須。

Kommunikation mit Vermieter, Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, guter check-in

Im Badezimmer hat es unangenehm gerochen. Die Wohnung ist okay nur hat sie ein großes Problem. Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und sind nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen. Es war nicht möglich trotz Ohropax zu schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer hat absolut keinen Lärmschutz. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man auf der Straße schläft. Man hört quasi 1 zu 1 alles was auf dem Platz passiert im Bett. Der Platz vor der Wohnung ist die ganze Nacht laut und stark frequentiert. Restaurants, laute Menschengruppen, Autos mit lauter Musik. Durch die lauten Bässe hat sogar das Bett vibriert. Wenn ich nicht schlafen kann, dann brauche ich keine Wohnung. Der Vermieter wollte noch über Lösungen diskutieren, aber für mich war es ausgeschlossen kurzfristig das Problem in dieser Wohnung zu beseitigen. Außer es würde sofort eine neue Balkontür eingebaut, was nicht machbar wäre. Ich wollte nur noch unseren kurzen Urlaub in Palermo retten und habe 5 Minuten entfernt eine absulut ruhige Wohnung für die übrige Zeit gefunden und gebucht. Wen Lärm nicht stört und Schlaf nicht so wichtig ist kann die Wohnung sonst buchen. Für uns war diese Erfahrung dreifach frustrierend weil wir eine katastrophale Nacht hatten, kostbare Zeit verschwendet haben und dazu noch doppelt bezahlt haben!
