La ubicación es muy buena ya que esta a cuadra y media del parque central. Las instalaciones son limpias y en general muy bien y en buenas condiciones. En los alrededores del apto se encuentra de todo

El ruido es desesperante a la hora de dormir, ya que la puerta es de garaje la cual da a una calle muy transitada y ruidosa, y se escucha lo mas mínimo toda la noche; gente hablando, motos transitando, carros etc y muy temprano en la mañana ponen la música del gimnasio que esta pegado. El apto solo tiene ventilación por el patio de ropas lo que lo hace sentirse muy encerrado y a ratos acalorado. El "parqueadero" que lo promocionan en la descripción como parqueadero pero en realidad es sobre la calle en todo el frente de la entrada.
