Clean property, as described and good value for money.
I used to always stay here, used to cost me no more than £100, now it’s £200 will sadly no longer be staying because of that.

Great place to stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful.the rooms and shared kitchens were very clean and always stocked up with coffee etc. I actually turned up a day early accidentally but they managed to amend my booking for me, not many places would do that. Thankyou, Lee

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and really enjoyed my time there.
Room:
The room was tidy, spacious, and well looked after. It had a nice atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Bed:
The bed was cosy and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep each night.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection available each morning, and everything was nicely presented.
Overall:
The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The hotel had a pleasant environment, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
I didn’t have any issues during my stay, everything was very good.

It did the job. I had a weeks long study week at uni and booked it to avoid 5x return trips to Newcastle. It was good value, staff were good, bed comfy and it was a good decision
Could have been slightly cleaner. The building seems a little noisy, you can hear doors closing upstairs. I got used to it. Little things were missing from the studio I booked like an oven glove, a bulb for a light, a plate for the microwave. But I booked to go to uni and do work in the morning and after teaching and this was a base to achieve that and it did the job
