Grounds are essentially a park. House is interesting. Location is outstanding.
Guest bedroom could use a keylock. Guest bathroom is dated and poorly illuminated as multiple bulbs are burned out. Odd noises as bedroom is poorly sound isolated.

A totally unique stay! The house of the future is remarkable architecturally and the ambience of the setting made it ka lovely place to visit. I had several fascinating conversations with Gary, he was a thoughtful and engaging host. I wish I could have stayed longer and hope to return.

The home and surrounding property are beautiful and totally unique. It’s the coolest place I’ve ever stayed.
The owners, Gary and Chin, are excellent. There was an issue (not their fault) between booking.com and Airbnb that caused the room that was intended for me to be overbooked. They would have had every right to turn me away, but they went way out of their way to upgrade me for free so that I could still stay there. They also made me breakfast in the morning. Their hospitality really goes above and beyond. I will be back every time I am in Lansing.
