The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished, spotless, and very cosy – just as it appears in the photos. We appreciated the comfortable mattresses, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lovely terrace overlooking the greenery. The entire complex feels calm and safe, making it perfect for relaxation. The pool and gym are great extras. Good location – close to both the beach and the centre of Estepona. It was a nice surprise to find a small store and a few bars within walking distance – not something you usually get in newer developments in Spain. Communication with the hosts was quick, friendly, and smooth – we truly felt welcome. The bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival was a thoughtful touch.

On the first day, the pool wasn’t available yet as the showers were still being finished, but it officially opened the next day, and we were able to fully enjoy our stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect – we only wish we could have stayed longer.
